The Exec at Main Street Business District was constructed in 2011 and was designed and built to meet ADA requirements in effect for commercial buildings constructed in compliance with the City of Oklahoma City commercial building code.

Here are a few accessibility highlights:

  • A handicap-reserved parking space is located adjacent to the front door, with accessibility cut in the curb leading to the front door of the building.

  • There two ADA-compliant restrooms (one each for men and women).

  • Interior corridor width is typically 3'6" or greater.

  • All interior office doors are 3-0" wide openings.

  • There are no steps within the building.
